Web Designer
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We
are looking for a highly motivated, reliable Web Designer who will be
involved in the strategic and visual design of a wide variety of interactive
projects (websites, web applications, rewards/loyalty programs, ecommerce,
video spokesperson websites, and interactive sales tools). You will work in
conjunction with the marketing and web development teams.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design user interfaces, site layouts, create website
prototypes, web iconography and for
client projects
-Present concepts and strategies to other team members and senior management
-Work with the development team to design websites with web standards
-Additional potential responsibilities:
-Design and develop animated creative using Flash or other technologies
-Assist in quality assurance
REQUIREMENTS:
-Four or more years of experience as a Web Designer in a
professional environment
-Knowledge of the capabilities and best practices of HTML and
CSS in websites and
applications
-Possess good communication and presentation skills
-Enthusiasm for custom identity and interface design
-Additional preferred skills:
-Experience with web (HTML, CSS) code production
-Understanding of dynamic website concepts
-Experience with or proficiency in Flash
