Thank you for choosing to sign up for a web maintenance plan by Korrect Technology. For details on what's included in the various plans, please review Our Rates.

SELECT WHICH PLAN:  All maintenance plans are billed annually

Please sign me up for the Standard Plan - $25.00 US dollars per month for up to ½ hour of website
     maintenance per month.

Please sign me up for the Advanced Plan - $50.00 per month for up to 1 hour of website maintenance per month.

Please sign me up for the Professional Plan - $90.00 per month for up to 2 hours per month or approximately ½
     hour of website maintenance per week.

Please sign me up for the Weekday Plan - $500.00 per month for up to ½ hour of website maintenance per         
     weekday (11.5 hours per month). I understand a six month commitment is required for this plan. 

Please sign me up for the Everyday Plan - $750.00 per month for up to ½ hour of website maintenance every day
     including weekends and holidays (15.5 hours per month). I understand a six month commitment is required for 
     this plan. 

Please sign me up for the Set Number of Hours Plan @ $50.00 per hour. I would like
     hours per month x $50.00 per hour = amount per month. I understand a six month
     commitment is required for this plan. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Price - I agree to pay the above price for the maintenance plan I have selected. I understand the routine maintenance will not surpass the specified amount of time and I will not be charged more than the specified amount unless specifically requested or authorized by me. Any additional authorized maintenance over the normally specified amount will be billed at a discounted hourly rate of $65.00 per hour. (Click here for a quote on larger projects.)

Billing Cycle - Standard, Advance & Professional Maintenance Plans are billed annually. I understand the billing is from the first day through the last day of the calendar month for approved monthly billing plan.

Liability - I authorize Korrect Technology to perform any routine maintenance at anytime the need arises. I know I may make requests for additional maintenance at anytime, therefore I do not hold Korrect Technology responsible should a need for maintenance go unnoticed.

Time Frame - I understand a typical maintenance request will take one to three business days. If I have an urgent need for an update, I will make my request with appropriate notice. I understand rush jobs, weekends, holidays and after hours (5:01pm - 8:59am eastern time) requests may be requested at a rate of $135.00 per hour.

I agree to the terms above, including price, billing cycle, liability, and time frame of update requests.
